About the company:
The key goal of Wraith Technology is to provide technology that is currently not available
and that has eluded the industry thus far. By providing products that are not available
it is the company’s hope to allow the generation and development of new products.
For example there is currently no single product available that is capable of simultaneously
controlling eight high current motors speed and position.
Most large-scale hobby engineering and robotic projects require at least 4 high current motors.
Each motor needs an absolute encoder too with a limiting device. The current of each motor should
be monitored too. ADC’s are also required to convert real world measurements to digital, so that
the control computer can monitor them. Many digital input ports and output ports are needed
so that other digital devices can be plugged in. The MC8 Multi Channel DC Motor Control Board provided by
Wraith Technology opens up a whole new realm of robotic control at an exceptionally low price.
